Honestly the main reason I made mashed potatoes yesterday was to have extra to make potato rolls. Recipe for this is in my blog archives! Had these with homemade ham and pea soup 😍😊

Honey mustard glazed ham steak with mash and carrots. Needed a comfort meal but also something low stress. What's for dinner?

The morning routine of breakfast and Animal Crossing (go get your turnips! 😂) how's everyone doing?

Pierogi dinner! I'm not going to lie, I kind of broke down making these. They remind me of home, my mum. I'm worried about them back home. If anything happens to family I can't fly back to see them. Just a rough time for everyone right now. Carbs seem to help though.
